Reminds me of the dot com boom when we started selling 35mm cameras via the internet. Spoiler alert - it did not slow the digital revolution lol

Totally unrelated, but in 2000 I bought a house in San Diego while in NY, before moving back here. Needed a bunch of work. It baffled me that the contractor didn't have a digital camera to keep us up on the work. Sure it was expensive back then, but it made sense. Instead, he would take photos, charge us for the developing and FedEx them to us (charging us for the FedEx)... My how the world has changed. Today I'd just put a bunch of Rings inside and watch for myself.... for less than the cost of the photos being developed and FedExed.
